Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Kingdom Longevity Labs LLC ("Kingdom Longevity Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related telehealth services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, submitting an intake or assessment, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our services
Kingdom Longevity Labs partners with MD Integrations, a licensed telehealth provider network, to connect you with independent, state‑licensed healthcare providers for online medical weight‑management consultations. Where clinically appropriate and permitted by law, providers may issue prescriptions, which are dispensed and shipped by an independent licensed compounding pharmacy (Manifest Pharmacy).
Kingdom Longevity Labs is not a healthcare provider. Medical services — including consultations, prescriptions, and ongoing care — are provided by independently licensed physicians and practitioners through the MD Integrations provider network. Kingdom Longevity Labs facilitates access to these services but does not employ, supervise, or control the medical providers. Your provider‑patient relationship is between you and your prescribing physician.
- Kingdom Longevity Labs is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or dispense medication.
- Whether a prescription is issued is the sole decision of an independent licensed provider based on their clinical judgment. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee a prescription.
- All treatments, products, and services are intended for patients located in U.S. states where our partner providers and pharmacies are licensed to operate.

Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake, assessment, and consultation, and to update it if it changes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, medical history, or eligibility.
- Use the Service on behalf of another person without proper authorization.
- Resell, redistribute, or share medications prescribed to you.
- Interfere with, attempt to reverse‑engineer, or probe the security of the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or to protect the integrity of the Service.
Billing, refunds & subscriptions
Fees for consultations, treatment plans, and products are presented at checkout. Kingdom Longevity Labs, acting through MD Integrations as the authorized billing agent for the dispensing pharmacy, processes payments via Stripe, including any recurring charges for subscription plans.
- Authorization, not an immediate charge: when you submit an intake form, your payment method is authorized but not charged until a licensed provider reviews your information and approves your prescription. If your prescription is not approved, your card will not be charged. Authorization holds expire after 7 days.
- Currency: all transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Subscriptions: some treatment plans include a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Compounded medications: approved prescriptions are filled by licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you. Product packaging and appearance may vary. See our Compounded Medication Consent.

Intellectual property
The Service and all associated content — including the Kingdom Longevity Labs name, logo, marks, text, graphics, photographs, and software — are owned by Kingdom Longevity Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. All other uses require our prior written consent.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Individual results from treatment plans vary and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Longevity Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules.
Binding arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small‑claims court and claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service — including the existence, breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this agreement — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures. The arbitration will be held in Wyoming or, at your election, by teleconference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class‑action waiver. You and Kingdom Longevity Labs agree that disputes will be brought on an individual basis only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
If the arbitration agreement above is found unenforceable for any reason, the parties agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
