Kingdom Longevity Labs (KLL) is a telehealth platform focused on clinician-supervised weight loss, including GLP-1 programs such as semaglutide. We connect you with a U.S.-licensed clinician through our provider network at MD Integrations, and — when clinically appropriate — a prescription is filled by our partner pharmacy, Manifest Pharmacy, and shipped directly to your door.
Kingdom Longevity Labs is a brand and marketing platform; it is not a medical practice and does not provide medical services or dispense medications.
Start by taking our short weight-loss intake. Answer the medical questions honestly and submit the form. A U.S.-licensed clinician in the MD Integrations provider network reviews your information, typically within 24–48 hours, and decides whether treatment is appropriate.
In some states a brief video visit or live chat is required before any prescription can be issued. If the clinician approves treatment, your prescription is sent to Manifest Pharmacy, our partner pharmacy, and shipped to you.
Pricing is shown at checkout before you commit to any program, and only after a clinician has reviewed your intake and determined that treatment is appropriate. There are no surprise fees: the visit fee, medication, and shipping are disclosed line-by-line at checkout.
We do not accept insurance. Our goal is transparent, predictable pricing with no prior authorizations, no copays, and no surprise bills. You will see the exact cost before you enroll.
Yes. Telehealth is regulated at the state level, and every clinician in our network is licensed in the state where the patient is physically located at the time of the visit. If you live in a state where we are not currently able to treat a particular condition, you will be informed before completing your intake.
In most cases, compounded medications prescribed through the program are filled by Manifest Pharmacy, our partner pharmacy, because the formulations and dosing are specific to the program. If a commercially available medication is prescribed and you ask your clinician to route it to your local pharmacy, that request will be considered on a case-by-case basis; we cannot guarantee local pharmacy stock or pricing.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and receive treatment through the platform. Patients under 18 should be seen by their primary care provider or pediatrician.
State medical boards and pharmacy regulations require clinicians to confirm the identity of the patient being treated. A government-issued photo ID plus a recent self-portrait lets the clinician verify you are the person listed on the intake and helps prevent fraud and medication diversion.
We serve patients in the United States only. Service availability for any given medication depends on the clinician's licensure and the pharmacy's shipping licensure in your state. Some states have additional regulatory requirements; in those states, a specific licensed physician may be named on your prescription and chart.
Patients in California, Texas, Kansas, and Florida are treated by a U.S.-licensed supervising physician in the MD Integrations network. Complaints about a treating physician may be filed with the medical licensing board in your state of residence.

After you finish your intake, a clinician typically completes the review within 24–48 hours. In some states a brief live visit is required before a prescription can be issued. Once approved, the prescription is sent to Manifest Pharmacy and shipped via tracked carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of clinician approval.
Log in to your patient portal and update your address before your next shipment is released. Once a shipment has been picked up by the carrier, the address on that package can no longer be changed; however, all future shipments will go to the new address.
Log in to your patient portal at any time to manage your subscription, reorder, pause, or cancel. We notify you before each refill is charged so you have an opportunity to skip or cancel the next cycle. You can also email help@kingdomlongevitylabs.com to request a cancellation.
