Refunds
Before prescription approval. When you submit an intake form, your payment method is authorized but not charged until a licensed provider reviews your information and approves your prescription. If your prescription is not approved, your card will not be charged, and the authorization hold will release automatically (holds expire after 7 days).
After prescription approval and shipment. Because compounded medications are prepared specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy and cannot be returned to stock, prescription orders are final sale once the prescription has been approved and shipped. We do not offer refunds on compounded medications that have shipped, and federal and state law prohibit the pharmacy from accepting returned medications for resale or reuse.
Damaged or defective shipments. If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellations
If your purchase includes a recurring monthly subscription, you may cancel future billing at any time by contacting us at help@kingdomlongevitylabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you remain responsible for any charge that has already processed for the current period.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for medication that has already been shipped or for a billing cycle already charged.
Billing questions / wrong charge
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an amount that does not match checkout — contact us as soon as possible so we can review and help resolve the issue. We investigate billing disputes in good faith and, where appropriate, will issue a correcting refund to the original payment method.
